We’re delighted to share some great news: Dave Edwards re-joined CMC on 1 December 2025, returning to the team after an impressive 11-year adventure out in the wild. Clearly, the pull of CMC was just too strong!
Dave joins us as Technical Support Engineer – After Sales & Project Fulfilment, a key role that further strengthens our expanding After Sales and Project Fulfilment capability. In this position, Dave will play a central part in supporting customers and projects across our business, with responsibilities that include:
- Providing technical support within our structured After Sales process
- Coordinating project fulfilment within our Belgian-led global PMO framework
- Managing contractors and supporting on-site execution when required
- Contributing to Sales through pre-sales scoping, demonstrations, and training
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams across the UK & Ireland, Europe, and North America
Dave will support product lines spanning Airmaster, Airmatics, Metacentre CORE, SCADAR, Monitorit, and NetworkIT, working across both domestic and international markets.
He’s spent his first couple of weeks reconnecting with the parts of CMC he remembers fondly, while discovering everything we’ve built since he last wore the badge.
Based in the North West of the UK, Dave will support customers across the UK, Ireland, the EU, and North America whenever projects call for in-market involvement.
Many of you will remember Dave from his previous time with us. For those meeting him for the first time, you’ll quickly see that he brings deep technical expertise, hands-on commissioning experience, and a refreshingly down-to-earth approach that fits perfectly with how we work at CMC.
