Chad Bednarski, right, will support ENERGAIR’s President, Nicolas De Deken, left, as Business Development Executive for the west coast of America

Expansion plans at ENERGAIR, the sustainable compressed air management arm of CMC, are well underway following the appointment of a sales and new business development executive for the west coast of America.

Chad Bednarski joins the business having graduated from the California State University in July, where he studied Mechanical Engineering.

Working closely with Nicolas De Deken, ENERGAIR’s president, Chad is responsible for building the firm’s presence throughout California, where demand for compressed air control, performance and monitoring solutions that deliver a carbon reduction are growing year on year.

On joining the business Chad comments: “It’s a key time for US manufacturers as increasing pressure to become more sustainable converges with limitless opportunities afforded by IoT technologies. When it comes to compressed air, ENERGAIR is at the forefront of this technology and I’m proud to be able to play a role in communicating this far and wide. I now look forward to working with a great team and building on the brand’s success to date.”

Nicolas De Deken adds: “The market for compressed air control, performance and monitoring solutions is growing. In order for us to meet this demand it’s important that we grow with it. As a business that specialises in boosting the environmental credentials of heavy compressed air users and turning traditional factories into smart factories, we are well placed to support the manufacturing sector and ensure that compressed air systems throughout the US are futureproofed. I’m delighted to welcome Chad to the team and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.”

ENERGAIR is owned by Belgium-based CMC, which has been at the forefront of compressed air control, performance and monitoring solutions since it first opened its doors in 1985.
